1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Alexis 88 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Alexis 88 platform at alexis88.best, you explicitly agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Alexis 88 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all accumulated balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• An active Malaysian phone number that you personally own.
• A valid and active email address.
• Exact date of birth.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Alexis 88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Alexis 88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if any transaction appears suspicious or unusual. Use of unauthorized payment methods, chargebacks, or payment fraud will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals from your Alexis 88 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source rule").
• Your account must have completed full identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

General terms applicable to all Alexis 88 bonuses:

• The Welcome Bonus of up to RM388 must be claimed within 7 days of registration.
• The rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 7x the total of your deposit plus the bonus amount.
• Each member is entitled to one (1) Welcome Bonus only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or cashed out directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the rollover requirements.

• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 may not count toward meeting the rollover requirements of certain bonuses.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at Alexis 88 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and more), badminton, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the Alexis 88 system and accepted by the platform.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, not any odds updated thereafter.
• Matches that are postponed or abandoned before 70% of play has been completed (football) will result in a full refund of the bet amount.
• For live in-play betting, the Alexis 88 system's decision is final. Any gaps in live data transmission do not entitle a member to cancel their bet.
• Alexis 88 reserves the right to void bets where there is an obvious odds error (for example, odds that deviate significantly from the market) or where there are indications of match manipulation.

For football matches, official results are based on the full-time score (90 minutes) including injury time, unless stated otherwise in the specific market conditions. Match extensions such as penalty shootouts or extra time are only counted if the market explicitly states "including penalties" or "full time including extra time".

8 Live Casino & Poker Rules

Live Casino games at Alexis 88 include baccarat, roulette, sic bo, blackjack, and dragon tiger, all hosted by professional live dealers. The following general rules apply:

• Game results announced by the dealer are final. Any disputes relating to Live Casino outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours.
• Technical interruptions during Live Casino games are resolved based on system records. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and returned.

9 Prohibited & Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Alexis 88 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Use of unauthorised, stolen, or third-party payment methods.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion in poker).
• Money laundering through an Alexis 88 account.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Alexis 88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity verification could not be completed.
• Activity that is suspicious or potentially involves fraud.
• Requests from relevant Malaysian authorities.
• An internal business decision by Alexis 88.
